The Gospel of Mark project was a fully branded campaign that fused illustration, storytelling, and interactive experience. The goal was to make scripture feel immediate — like a story still unfolding.
I developed a hand-drawn comic book visual style inspired by classic graphic novels to capture the grit and urgency of Mark’s Gospel. The artwork extended across multiple mediums: large-scale atrium signage, promotional materials, and even interactive installations for the series finale.
A companion coloring + comic book included QR codes linking each illustrated moment to the corresponding sermon, creating an engaging, multi-sensory experience. I also provided art direction for short promotional animations, ensuring visual consistency across every touchpoint.
Together, these elements formed a cohesive design system that invited the audience to see and step into the story.
